I recorded this lesson during a negative week where I was in a grouchy mood. I normally don’t record when I’m in a bad headspace, but I finally turned a corner and the fog lifted.

Note: the fog didn’t magically lift.

I lifted the fog myself through a few, practical practices when I am snarky and jaded. And, let me be clear: I wasn’t happy about doing them either. I wanted to fold my arms over my chest and humf and grumf… for which I did for 2 weeks before I decided that was enough.

As creatives, entrepreneurs, and people with bold goals, (I swear) half the work is not getting resentful and spiteful to everyone who says no, denies your vacation days, and doesn’t want to buy your stuff.
